Covid-19 Preparedness Program

Safety guidelines we are following to keep everyone safe:

  • Staff will not be coming into the spa if they are feeling ill or have COVID-like symptoms.

  • We are operating at 50% capacity to reduce the amount of people in the spa at any given time.

  • Masks are required to be worn by all staff and all clients.

  • We have infrared thermometers and will be taking temperatures of all staff when they begin their shift, and all clients when they check in. Anyone with a fever will be sent home immediately.

  • We are thoroughly sanitizing our treatment rooms and nail stations in between each client.

  • We are routinely sanitizing common areas such as restrooms, waiting areas, and retail areas — and we are frequently sanitizing high-touch items such as doorknobs and countertops.

  • Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the spa.

  • We will ensure that clients who are waiting for services remain 6 feet apart. We will utilize both waiting areas, the nail area, makeup area, etc. The front desk staff may help guide clients where to sit.

  • Estheticians will wear both a face mask and a face shield when performing services where the client is unable to wear a mask. (i.e.: facials, peels, microdermabrasion, dermablading, lip or chin waxing).

  • We will not be offering shared amenities such as magazines, coffee or tea. We will have bottled water available in waiting areas for clients to self-serve.

  • We will not be accommodating large groups.

  • Please wash or sanitize your hands before payment handling.

  • Do not bring friends or family with you unless they also have an appointment.

  • Do not linger in common areas after your appointment.

  • Call in product orders prior to coming in, so it is ready for you to pick up.

  • Please don’t be offended when we take your temperature upon arrival.
